How We Are Compensated
We operate a range of simple and fair compensation models. Fees are based on hours, a project fee, or a combination of fee + equity.
Brand Incubation & Creation
We can identify opportunities within the category and conduct a full market analysis. Then, we create and develop a brand name and marque, leading to the development of the Brand Platform. Finally, we design the brand package and appropriate packaging formats.
Liquid Development
We can assist in Identifying, developing and producing quality liquids at an affordable price. This includes; Recipe/Flavor decisions, Partner/Co-Packer identification, Commercial formulation, Pilot production, Pre-production timelines, & Labeling and packaging oversight.
Financial Planning & Compliance
We perform the role of COO/CFO or can support and advise Brand Owners as required This includes: Business Strategy, Financial Planning, Sourcing and Procurement, Regulatory and Compliance, Licenses and Permits, COGS Planning & an initial draft launch P&L.
Other Services
Our core business is getting RTD brands launch-ready. However, we can also develop other brand assets if required, including Platform, Design, Voice, Manifesto, Website, Social, and POS. Once the brand is launched, we offer consultancy to brand owners on the ongoing management of the business: Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
